NOTICE FROM THE EXAMS OFFICE CONCERNING PUBLIC EXAMS IN JANUARY/FEBRUARY
Please note that in the event of extreme weather conditions, we will always endeavour to run public exams as advertised, even if the school is advertised as being closed to pupils and/or staff.
If, in extremis, it does become necessary to cancel any exam session, we will make every effort to put a notice to that effect here.
Please be aware that if a student misses an exam which has run as timetabled, a charge will be made to resit the appropriate unit later in the year, and an administration fee will also be due. If the school cancels an exam, it will absorb the cost of any resit necessary.
Due to the snow, pupils are allowed to wear sensible and appropriate footwear, e.g. trainers, wellingtons etc. to and from school, but need to bring their school shoes to wear on the school site.
This will apply until further notice.
