Exams
The Exams Office will see visitors during term time by prior appointment only. Current students with questions or concerns are welcome to drop by during school hours, but should be aware that Exams Office staff may not always be available or present in the office due to exams taking place or meetings elsewhere.
Post-Results Services
The deadline for accepting post-results requests is 15th September.
Please ensure your request is submitted via email to the Exams Office no later than this day.
You can find the relevant forms, fee details and payment information on the Results Day Documents section of the website. If you have any questions about how to complete the form, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Resits
Only GCSE English Language and Mathematics can be resat in the November 2025 exam series. These exams will take place from 4th to 10th November and the exact timetable will be available on the website soon.
If you wish to resit one of the above qualifications, please contact the Exams Office by Friday 26th September.
All other qualifications can only be sat in the 2026 summer exams.
Certificates
A-Level certificates from the June 2025 exam series will be available for collection daily at the Exams Office during the week of 15th – 18th December. More details will follow later this month.
GCSE certificates will be distributed in January 2026. More details will follow later in the term.
If you wish for your certificates to be posted to you and have not already informed us nor paid, please email us. Postage for certificates is £10 (UK) or £15 (International).
Alternatively you can arrange for a 3rd party to collect your certificates for you, provided they bring photo ID and your completed 3rd party collection form. You can find the relevant forms and information on the Results Day documents section of the website.
Private Entries
We are currently reviewing our policy on accepting private external and internal entries. Once this has been finalised, we will update the website to include a section containing the relevant information and forms to request a private entry.
If you are interested and would like to be added to our list to consider, please email us with your name, contact information and details of the qualification you would like to be entered for.
