About the role
We are looking for an exceptional and enthusiastic candidate to teach Science: we will consider any of the Science specialisms. The ideal candidate will be able to teach Key Stages 3 and 4 . You will have excellent classroom skills and a desire to teach across the age and ability range. Science is a very popular subject at St George’s and recent exam results are excellent. The successful candidate should be sympathetic to the needs of all children and be equally at home with weaker students as well as the brightest.
This is a full-time, one year fixed term contract (in the first instance), commencing September 2020.
This post will suit newly qualified teachers, or those considering returning to the profession, who want to join a school offering very high academic standards within a supportive, traditional and disciplined environment.
