Applying to the Sixth Form - September 2023 Entry

Opportunities at 16+ Evening

The 24^th November 2022 deadline for the return of reply slips for our Opportunities at 16+ Evening on Wednesday 18^th January 2023 has now passed.

This event is by invitation only and, having now reached maximum capacity, we are no longer able to process requests for Sixth Form Application packs.

However, our 2023-25 prospectus is available to view via the link at the top of this page, and we are now accepting applications for September 2023 entry to our Sixth Form as outlined below.

Those who returned Opportunities at 16+ reply slips by the 24^th November 2022 deadline will receive further details regarding this event (including confirmation of a personalised schedule) in early January.

Applicants are encouraged to attend on the evening of 18^th January 2023 prior to submitting their application.

Day Applications for 2023 entry from External Students

We are now accepting applications for 2023 entry to our Sixth Form, with a closing date for external students of Friday 3^rd February 2023.

External Day applicants should complete and submit their Application Form (Part A) AND External Options Form (Part B) via the link below:

Please note that the form requires a Google Account. If you do not have a Google Account, you will be given the option to create one when you open the electronic form. Anyone can sign up for a free Google Account. However, if you do not wish to set up a Google Account, please email 6thformadmin@stgeorges.herts.sch.uk so that we are able to send you the forms in a different format.

External Day Applications received after the deadline will be considered at a later stage.

Applications from Current St George’s Year 11 Students

Our Opportunities at 16+ Evening for Year 11 students who have returned their reply slips will be held on 18^th January 2023, after which we will be accepting applications from internal students for 2023 Sixth Form entry until the closing date of Monday 20^th February 2023.

ALL Year 11 students must complete and submit an Internal Options Form (accessible via the link below from mid-January) by the application deadline:
