Year 9 GCSE Options
This portion of the school website gives information about the process for students’ selection of their GCSE Option subjects for Key Stage 4 (Years 10 and 11) which takes place during Year 9.
The Year 9 GCSE Options Evening is being held on Thursday 11th Jan 2024 from 7-8pm in the Chapel.
The talk will outline the Options process and includes important information on how to submit GCSE options choices online. The slides from the talk will also be available electronically and posted here after the event.
Parents will also have been emailed an electronic copy of the Year 9 GCSE Options booklet. A copy of which can be found here. Parents and students will find it helpful to familiarise themselves with the Year 10 and 11 curriculum and give key information in regards to the option subjects.
The Year 9 GCSE Options Form can be found here from Thursday 25th January 2024, the day of Year 9 Parents’ evening. It must be completed by Midday Friday on 16th February 2024.
